Water, Water, Water!!!!

Water is the most crucial part of anyone's health and beauty routine. Beneath the surface, our skin is 90% water which acts as a lubricant and nutrient reserve for our whole body. So it is a must to keep our skin fully hydrated.
As water evaporates through the skin daily, we should all train ourselves to drink as much water as possible to keep our skin properly hydrated.
